Quote #7- Holidays and back on track

Quotation-Charlie-Brown-life-Meetville-Quotes-262518

It’s finally holidays !! Finished my first semester of my bachelor of commerce, and it was rather crazy, 36 hours work a week and full time uni= dead. To my surprise, I managed to survive and just to wait for the results now and trying organize self and be ready for the next semester!

But now I have two months of holidays. And here are couple of my to-do list or want to do list haha.:D

  • Focus on my workplace, be more proactive especially in the new responsibility I was given to.
  • At least travel to a new place!! Aiming to go to blue mountains or if lucky snowy mountains.
  • Post more often, especially my old unfinished post LOL.
  • I am also part of a public speaking group called Toastmaster, so my goal is to do at least two speeches this holidays. Need to get more confidence and get over my fear of the crowd.
  • In regards to confidence, I am hoping to finish off a couple of books throughout the holidays! Knowledge, knowledge, knowledge!!
  • Exercise, eat and take picture
  • And lastly, cross finger, Β I want to do some swimming lessons πŸ˜€

And that’s the quick update on what’s been happening so far.

I hope you are all doing well so far! It’s the 6th month of the year. This year has been way too fast. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Haha by the way, I apologize that the quote is not related to the post at all, but I just want to share this quote, as this is one of my simple and favorite quotes. It’s a short and sweet reminder, that in life sometimes we try to find shortcuts, the easy way out, the short and peaceful road, or the quickest and lazy way. However, every so often, we got to be risky, bold and daring, we have to try and find our own answer to our questions, not from a book, a person or a random guy you find on the internet, sometimes we have to dig deep and look within and find the answer within our own eyes. It can be a long and tiring journey, but I’m sure it’s worth it :). Just like in algebra and math test, you won’t pass the exam by constantly doing formula questions and looking at the answer behind the book, you have to practice consistently the equations, master the formula until you refine it to the point that when you see the question, you know what method to use and solve it.

Keep going guys and don’t stop! Goals, goals we are half way there πŸ™‚

Bless and love you all! Smile and Stay warm!

As I fill the pages in my book, I wish to aspire or encourage you to do the same thing, because life is full of dreams and opportunities. Like Sholom and Bernard said;
Life is a dream for the wise, a game for the fool, a comedy for the rich and a tragedy for the poor. - Sholom Aleichem
Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself. -George Bernard Shaw

Cheers!
